This is a special no-music guided mindfulness meditation on restoring your soul. It focuses on self-love, self-healing, and finding contentment and joy within the present moment. Find a deep zen within you by showing kindness and love to yourself. You deserve a sense of mental clam and peace every day. I am proud to be creating some of the best YouTube meditations and I hope you enjoy this one!

This meditation session has no ambient music and features only soothing and calming nature sounds throughout. The guided portion of this meditation is 14 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of nature sounds for a total of 17 minutes in length.
