Today, I want to give you a really good and inexpensive tip for hair growth or thicker hair.Ā

While I do sell different hair growth products, today, I just want to give you a simple tip to help promote hair growth.Ā

My #1 tip for hair growth and thicker hair is to consume gelatin. You could use either gelatin, unflavored and unsweetened Jell-O, or hydrolyzed collagen.Ā

How gelatin can potentially help increase hair growth:Ā
ā€¢ Itā€™s 99% proteinĀ
ā€¢ It has amino acids and peptidesĀ
ā€¢ It increases blood flow and blood volumeĀ

In a few interesting studies, they saw a 50% increase in hair growth, a substantial increase in the diameter of the hair, and an increase in the number of hairs.Ā

Gelatin may help provide the raw material needed and boost blood flow to add some additional help when it comes to hair growthā€”even if there is an autoimmune component or genetic weakness.Ā

You may want to try 10 to 14 grams (1 Tbsp) of gelatin powder per day with L-cysteine or NAC and saw palmetto.Ā

I've been talking Gelatin powder for 3 months now, I buy the sachets. What I do is dissolve 1 single cube of jelly in hot water, and add the gelatin sachet to it and drink it each morning. I'm not kidding you, my hair has taken off literally, everyone who knows me has been saying, "isn't your hair growing"! So yes, gelatin really works! Oh, and my skin looks better, and my nails are stronger and I'm 70 this Saturday! šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ™‚šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§

My grandmother used to make us eat the gristle of the chicken bones and chew up the bones to get to the bone marrow. My friends would laugh and think it was weird that we ate the bone joints but now that Iā€™m nearly 50 and have a full head of hair while everyone seems to be balding around me, I thank my grandmother for making me healthy before I knew what healthy was.

The way this guy delivers information is absolutely outstanding. After being on youtube since its beginning, and out of all of the youtube channels of any genre that I've seen, I declare this channel to be in the top 5 channels of all time.
  • My Grandmother may she rest in peace ALWAYS said jello helps grow hair and nails. She was a nurse. This is great to hear
  • Back in the 50ā€™s, my mom would make up jello and drink it like a cup of warm tea. She said it was for her hair & nails.

Thank you for another GREAT video Dr. Berg! Finding ways to inexpensively take care of some of the issues I have is SUCH a blessing. Regardless of cost, your videos are always so well done and easy to follow. My health is definitely better because I follow you and I love being able to better take care of myself knowing Iā€™m using accurate information backed up by evidence - not following a trend I didnā€™t know was just a trend. THANKS AGAIN for all your time and energy!!!!!!

Love it dr berg very eye opening video. Keep up the amazing work!!
  • Tocotrienols were a huge answer to prayer. I tried saw palmetto and it didn't do anything. I had a toxic liver from taking meds and this antioxidant helped me go from losing massive amounts of hair when I wash it to just about 3-5 hairs. It's now been 2 months of taking them and I have a ton of about an inch of new growth. Hope this helps someone else!
  • So clear and concise as always Dr. Berg. You are helping me so much and I cannot thank you enough!
  • When we were younger my mum always told us that jelly grew hair and we used to eat tuns of it and had fantastic hair.
  • My grandmother used to take Knox gelatin everyday...she had the hardest nails I ever seen.
  • FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY found something to help my hair stop falling out! I am so very grateful that I gave this a try. I have had drastic improvement by simply adding 1/3-1/2 a packet to my breakfast with no side effects or concerns of side effects. I have tried SO many things! Thank you Dr. Berg, thank you!!

I got remarkable hair growth with this regimen, which seems to work on men as well: 1. Unscented, paraben-free baby shampoo. 2. Applied Taoist Soap for Hair Growth twice a week to reduce scalp inflammation and promote blood flow. 3. Consumed nettle tea twice a day to detoxify the liver from hormone residue. 4. Did daily 20-30 minute scalp massages to boost circulation and stimulate hair regrowth. 5. Supplemented bovine hydrolyzed collagen powder twice a day for nutrition aspect that's required. 6. Rinsed the top of my head with cold water after showering. 7. Results were noticeable in around two months, with skin benefits as well.

Can definitely vouch for this, as collagen which is the same thing works great for mine and my family's hair, skin and bones.
