“The department is fully committed to The principle of openness and accountability” I laughed when he said this

If there was transparency you would’ve had this hearing 50 years ago
  • Haha yeah! Thanks for this. I suffered through the whole thing and am surprised there was 10 minutes worth of content to create this. Good work!

They can listen to every cell phone but act like they don’t know what is flying in their skies? Okay
  • My biggest takeaway from today is that most reports are explainable, and some aren’t, it’s not us, and they definitely know more than they are telling us. So basically what we already knew, but now it’s official 🤣
  • @PinchOfLuck
Why do they show the worst data and present it as this is the best data they have? SERIOUSLY ???? A slap in the face to the people. Sadly, nothing will be gained from this mock attempt at transparency.

"Have we tried talking to em?" "No." "Have we shot any em of?" "No." "Have we communicated with other gov bodies to share intel?" "No... but we'll get on it.." I chuckled at this discourse.

Part of statement by defense department when the UAP taskforce got created: "As DOD has stated previously, the safety of our personnel and the security of our operations are of paramount concern. The Department of Defense and the military departments take any incursions by unauthorized aircraft into our training ranges or designated airspace very seriously and examine each report. This includes examinations of incursions that are initially reported as UAP when the observer cannot immediately identify what he or she is observing." One of the most well known cases of UAP sightings having to do with the US miletary is multiple cases where they have been sighted over nuclear weapon instalations and even have disrupted the missles making them unable to launch. If the taskforce (That is already defunct and consisted of 2 people btw) really was set up to "take any incursions by unauthorized aircraft into our training ranges or designated airspace very seriously and examine each report" then how do you explain that the cases they covered there was no direct interaction between the UAP and the miletary but when a nuclear weapons base gets compromised they don't have the data and the excuse is that they dont have the money to investigate everything in the media.
  • It’s weird they are just asking these people questions. “We don’t have that data. We know nothing about that. We have not looked at that incident.” These guys are suspicious.
  • He said “Maintain the public’s trust” what he meant was… maintain the control over the public.
  • I found it interesting that when discussing things found in the ocean. They said they could only discuss during a closed session with Congress.

I appreciate this! I was planning on watching this
  • @billyllewis
These guys are trained and fluent in how to convince anyone that they talk to that water isn’t wet.
  • @ancepsimago
So the whole Hearing is summarized as "Here's some UFO footage." "Did you do anything about it?" "Nope."

My favorite part was the mention of the 10 nuclear ICBMs that were rendered inoperable at the same time an object was reportedly seen overhead. The US government loves those fancy weapons that kill millions of people, yet they couldn't be bothered to notify other government agencies of this potential threat. How many more examples are needed to demonstrate just how inept and broken this empire really is? At least there are UFOs which aren't likely from this planet, which gives me hope for the future.

Crazy how there's never much clarity to what they say but when you see it with your own eyes, you didn't see what you thought you saw
  • @mikew2479
7:18 ‘Have we attempted to communicate with those objects?’ You can literally see the lie forming in him ….’No…👀
  • Unidentifed Submerged Phenomenon is what Im questioning now since just answering whether or not we have the capability to detect anything under the water couldnt even be answered in an open session
  • regarding the potential underwater uap detection efforts i’m curious to know what’s better discussed in these “closed sessions”
