"Sessionitis" is when someone is before congress and says "I don't recall" or "I don't remember"

When I saw Jeff Sessions being questioned by congress and he kept saying "I don't remember" or "I don't recall" I thought my God the man is on drugs. I did drugs from 1965 to 1995 so I know how stupid you can sound on drugs. I thought if these people are his friend they are going to talk to him about the possibility that he was losing his mind because of his answers.
