M. BARR COINS PURCHASE = BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Hi PMG! Yes, the Morgan looks polished. and I would know, after buying and grading over a hundred of them! 😎It's tough to buy on eBay. Many times I've asked them directly if it's cleaned, or for additional photos. This is one of the reasons I gave up buying raw Morgan dollars to have them graded. I don't know what you paid for it, but if you paid more than a bullion price, I would definitely return it! Best of luck!

It is not only cleaned, but harshly polished! It is worth no more than a "Cull" price ($25-27). I have also bought from MBarr and never had a problem. This video should be a big embarrassment for them! Return, return, return! Cheers.

No way that coin has survived this long, with that much wear and not cleaned. That's unfortunate because I've purchased from MBarr as well... haven't had this problem yet. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. brother!

It looks like it was dipped in a cleaning solution and patted dry. The coin has been handled and circulated a lot based on the wear of her hair and the eagle's feathers. I think if it were submitted to PCGS it would come back as detailed/cleaned. I don't think the seller was trying to be deceptive, I just think there are a lot of amateur sellers who, because of a lack of experience, misrepresent what they are selling. The sellers need to be careful with that because it is illegal to deliberately misrepresent a product.

Yep, cleaned and polished. This is why I avoid ebay. But at least you have the option to send it back.

Total crap. Zero cartwheel. Its been cleaned to the point of being damn near a cull.

That's to bad,ive bought from them before never had a problem, but never purchased raw coins only slabbed, looks polished for sure im sure they will take care of it 👍👊

Ebay should held MBARR accountable for misleading people ON THERE PRODUCT and also EBAY SHOULD NOT LET SELLER TO PHOTOSHOP there Coin
