Selena has such a baby face. And then she speaks with that low sultry voice, and you see that she is a confident young woman.

This is one of the things I love and appreciate about Selena so much. She has never held back what she is going thru so that her experiences can be something to help others with. She is such a beautiful and powerful person.
  • I have major depression (with a side of on and off diagnosis of being bipolar). Watching her journey has helped me and I haven't even seen her doc yet! I really appreciate her for stepping up and coming out as bipolar. I know for a fact there's so many of us out here!
  • My mom used to reprimand me for sharing my personal lows, sadness and heartbreak to strangers and my daughters... I always disagreed and kept talking. I'm glad I did coz my daughters understood me from the start and my world has been kinder. Be brave Selena! You are beloved!
  • I love Kelly's show but she has more talking time than her actual invited guests. Lol

I have bipolar disorder type 2 as well... I've been on medication for the last 3 years and it has been a life changing experience for me!!! I'm not depressed anymore, my mood is better than ever, no mood swings or manic episodes, I'm always calm and serene and don't have any anxiety whatsoever... If you have it too with the right meds your life can drastically change for the better! Talk to your doctor and get help, you won't regret it! :)
