Jack try to make this VLOG your outlet. It will be tough to do because this is still so new. Maybe ask Jay to give you five or ten minutes (at a set time) a day to talk just about this. It gives you the opportunity to unload your thoughts and feelings and Jay would know its not all the time and become overwhelmed.
