Good to see the toilet not plumbed to the hot water supply, the doors don't fall off,the windows don't fall out, until opened, gas doesn't blow out of the sink taps, the windows aren't cracked, the stairs are in the right place, and all there,no doors opening onto blank walls, the drain not full of concrete, and the letter box seven feet off the ground, door upside down! Request second opinion in case of unfair assessment.

Roof plumbers would have to be the most dodgy trade going.
  • Super helpful! Thanks. Quick question, if I were conducting my inspection, would there be any issue if I went around and marked, as shown with the blue tape or a post-it note, the issues? Or would the builder make note of those? Thanks! (First new-build home inspection coming up soon 🤞🏻🤞🏻)

with all the clearly visible faults due to sloppy work then just imagine what the bits look like that you can't see!

They’re all fair enough things to pull up

A pretty good job on the kitchen, the rangehoods got a dent in it! It should be less than 2m for these dodgy builders these days!
