Gheimeh stew is one of the Persian foods which its deliciousness depends on the recipe.
Today I cooked the Traditional Gheimeh stew with my own family recipe.

Ingredients

Lamb
Yellow split pease
4 onions
4 Tomatoes
5 Dried lemons
Turmeric
Black pepper
Cumin
Red pepper
Tomato paste 2 spoons
Oil
Salt
