Honestly, I was expecting a realistic "What if we were to take every state and pit them agaisnt each other in a free for all?", but this is also fine. I like how unpredictable it is

As a Kentuckian who now lives in Florida, this became very riveting near the end

Observation: the less neighbors you have, the more of an advantage you have. Every state has the same chance of attacking, but a state with fewer neighbors has less chances to be attacked.

I did this myself and had all my friends bet on who would win. One of them tried to be funny and said that a state would win. He was wrong because through some shenanigans Canada ended up winning.

As a Wisconsinite, this was brutal to get a brief glimmer of hope, and then be taken over. Michigan I could live with, but Indiana was bad news indeed. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, along came Kentucky. And then Kansas. Rip.

I grew up and currently reside in Maryland, and well we never make it far in these videos, idk why but to see us make it this far and make that much of an impact was a nice refresher

A few ideas if you do another one: 1) if you spin the arrow and it points in a direction that cannot be overtaken, consider it a misfire and spin for a new state 2) choose the direction based on the best center point of the state 3) when the direction can give you multiple options for takeover, because the direction can come from different spots of the territory (for example, New Mexico at 11:07), do it from the center point of the original state (like the center of the actual state of New Mexico)

as an idaho resident, I respect the sentiment of continuing until you win. I hold this near and dear as I can lose multiple times but as long as I win once I come out ontop in my eyes
