    Complex is this subject. Dr william li provides a real good starting point. Spend a little time with the subject of the ' Antioxidant Paradox ' an issue that requires attention.

    All vegetables are naturally gluten free so please stop promoting each vegetable as gluten free making people who don't know better, to think that there are vegetables out there that have gluten. Very misleading or you sir are not very informed
