Treatment Steps:
- cleanse skin with gel cleanser and/or use gentle exfoliant
- prep skin with hydrating, water based steps (more info in video)
- apply conductive medium
- perform treatment (facial massage, movements, then microcurrent mask)
- finish with regular skincare
DIY Conductivity Solution:
- you’ll need warm tap water and strong electrolytes (you can use a blend or just one from my Amazon storefront)
- start with a 1% concentration (1/4 TSP total electrolytes per half cup roughly)
- you can also substitute in normal saline

Loved listening to all your research and information. I use the Pico toner. It has 1000microamps & has the most strength out of all the MC devices. You dont need any gels with this. Just water

Mira I love, love, love your content! You are such a great communicator and SO knowledgeable! A bit off topic but some others raised radio frequency. I bought the Nebulyft for skin tightening around the mouth and jowl area. (I also have the Clareblend mini which I use for microcurrent and is great). I was so disappointed though when I noticed that my pigmentation darkened significantly following a RF treatment (and remained that way). Is it the case that RF impacts pigmentation? I so want to be able to use this modality. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge!

Your comments on the forehead are interesting because I was starting to get horizontal forehead lines. After one month of MC with the Bear they are gone. So somehow, it is working, even without being able to do lengthening movements. My forehead is also "taller."
