Tom MacDonald is right-how can we compete against"artists"made by huge teams who use bots for views?

Publicado 2023-01-12
come and chill out with the playlist of my songs at Castle Hassall: on YouTube at this link: Castle Hassall:    • Castle Hassall playlist (potential al...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check out my songs on my channel! and share links to them to anyone you think might like them! it's just me filming this on my phone, not a big team of advertising execs and bots pushing my view figures up! so it is so hard to get views!!! I'm ‪@CastleHassall‬

also if you know anyone who might like my songs PLEASE press "share" and send them a link to any of my songs on my channel that you think they might like so they can get a chance to hear them! (it would give you a excuse to send a message to someone you like too so we could all be winners!;)

also please press "like" if you liked this video, that would help me loads thankyou!!!

hey Tom MacDonald, and anyone who values REAL music created by REAL artists, not teams of corporate servant songwriters creating bland paint by numbers tick the boxes "hits" that is used for programming delivery hardware that gets called an "artist" and wins awards for albums they barely wrote themselves... i hope you see this.. or if anyone can forward a link to this to Mr MacDonald please do..

,i never used to know you are trying to do so much yourself, then i saw your video clip about how tough it is to compete with corporate songs that have huge teams of sobgwriters etc.. then when i saw the programme about Dua Lipa being a "great songwriter" but she had a whole team of people writing the song and telling her how to sing even it made me REALLY angry that she is getting portrayed as a Great songwriter but she seems to get most of the songs and music written for her by others, and she gets others to create even the sounds and music for her (when we create and record OUR OWN music and sounds from our heart and get very small amounts of recognition) and she, and other corporate hardware like her, gets awards for being a great "artist" when there's so many true real songwriters who never get the respect and recognition they deserve

Mr MacDonald if you ever want to use the chorus of one of my songs for a hook in one of yours I'd really appreciate us helping each other (my song on this channel ‪@CastleHassall‬ "I'm Not The Only One "is a good chorus that i think you'd do Great verses for)

Best wishes to you and all people trying to be real in a very tough world, we need to keep on trying to be real to be an antidote to the programming they are trying to subject people to..

Love to all good hearted souls Always

I agree 100%More about the dollars, everyone trying to get their share. Write a catchy hook, throw in some words that make no sense and boom, you got a hit.

I read an article recently talking about how music labels moved away from promoting bands because it is cheaper to pay one person than several. I haven't cared about music since the late 00's, seems like something is missing now, everything is digital and autotuned, I don't hear guitars or drums anymore, there's less character in general. Maybe the overcommercialization of music is what made it so steril, those of us that remember music before just stop listening and those too young don't know any better. All these awards are just rich people paying money to pad each other on the back, it's marketing. Although there will always be a place for what's genuine, it's depressing to think if there wasn't.
