I don’t even think George was making jokes anymore at this stage in his career. He was going on rants that made people laugh because the subject matter was so ridiculous, yet true.
  • “Not every ejaculation deserves a name” is the best line delivered in the history of comedy

I love reading the recent comments and seeing all the conservatives who probably heard "George Carlin would be a conservative today" or whatever, came here, and then got the shock of a fucking lifetime lol. Good to see he's still pissing conservatives off to this day.
  • "Conservatives want live babies so they can raise them to be dead soldiers." One of the most hard hitting remarks I've ever heard from anyone about anything. R.I.P, George. You were truly one of a kind.

It's mind bending how relevant George is today after all these years. His views, as it turns out, are timeless.

It is borderline frightening how relevant his specials have stayed. There truly is no other like this man. Wherever he's gone to now, I hope he knows how missed he is 👑

The wisest words that Carlin used repeatedly "You know why, because we made the whole fucking thing up"
  • @xDPx-zh7vr
You know why Carlin was so well loved? Because he told the honest truth and exposed people's bullshit. His knack for the English language and breaking down social, political, and economic issues makes him one of the most intelligent comedians ever. And to do that and make people laugh at the same time is pure genius. He basically told us we're all fuct and there's nothing we can do about and we just laugh ourselves to the grave.

This man defined a generation and his reality based humor is still relevant today! I miss this dude!

A man far ahead of his time. Wish you were around to call them out on their hypocrisy
  • What other comedian do you know would have the balls to open a show with 12 minutes on abortion?
  • @AyeCarumba221
Today, in 2023, George Carlin’s message is as spot on as he ever was. Maybe more so. We miss you George.

Theres a math behind his comedy that I can’t explain, but it’s there and I notice it. That’s what makes him so great. His joke placements and set ups are impeccable.

Because life is precious until it's not. And George Carlin was a precious treasure taken from us far too soon.
  • @susieh1141
This man was amazing and the fact that we're still dealing with several of these things from 20, 30, 40 years ago say a lot.
  • @terryhill4732
Listening to George Carlin is like getting a bachelor's degree in common sense and knowledge
  • @timothyhowson2775
As a former catholic and now atheist I have only just come across this video. George was brilliant at saying those things that many of us would like to express but fall short of saying them.
  • @LOAblue
I wish George was still around to give his opinion on conservatives today.
