Mel is literally the best girl on youtube for curly hair advice. she gives so much great content to us for free. clearly cares about our curls! she’s educated and so fun to watch. it’s like watching an older sister for me and i love it cause i didn’t have that. only person I’d say is also the best is Willonawhim, i believe that’s his channel. he’s also a stylist that helps with curly hair.

One of my worst childhood hair catastrophes (and I've had a few) was when my mom "trimmed" by bangs. They were way too short and looked like a bushy caterpillar at the very top of my forehead. Haven't had bangs since 🙈 We didn't have YouTube or the internet back then, so my mom did her best with what she knew. Even hair dressers had no clue how to cut or style my hair. Some very rough hair years followed that "incident". And I am so happy that I started really embracing my beautiful curls a few years back & looking forward to trying out the tips you share in your awesome videos!

Man can you show us how to style wavy hair and bangs? I'm finally discovering my naturally wavy hair so until recently I've always curled and styled with a straighter. These things are insane without the help of heat to style them. Especially on the right side where I have this wild curly cowlick

So glad i found a curly version of trimming bangs! About to get some done (by a curly specialist dw) but I just can’t afford to go to the hairdressers every 4+ weeks for up keep.
