Back sleeping is very hard on the rib cage. When I sleep on my back I snore and my wife elbows me in the ribs.
  • I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate that you guys show free or cheap options for "health tools" like tennis balls and towels. Help for everyone is a truly beautiful practice.
  • @JonnyDIY
Just great! these are the only 2 positions Ive been sleeping in for the last 30 years! 😞

If I sleep on my stomach I fall asleep in like a minute but if I sleep on my back its impossible to fall asleep for me.
  • I've often thought I'd like to have a massage table or a chiropractors table to sleep on. That way I could sleep on my stomach with my head nestled in the face cradle. ☮️💞🙏🏼
  • It's all very well to say that there are certain positions you must avoid when sleeping, but when you are asleep, your body automatically gets into the most comfortable position, so how do you deal with that?

Even though this was uploaded in 2018, it feels as if it was uploaded in 1988 lol

Damn I knew stomach would be in here.. still not switching, it’s too comfy

Sooooo happy to see the reruns of past episodes with just the two of you! Will be happily revisiting this valuable info.
  • These two killed it. Actually made the video a normal, fun time. Thanks for educating us on this. I knew I was right when I lifted my arm a little so that my side won't be suffering. Be safe everyone and be well♥ 😊. Doing a little of research never hurts.

I didn't realize sleeping was so dangerous.
  • @rose_274
I wish I could take my arms off while I'm sleeping. It would be so much more comfortable.

One thing that they didn’t mention during the entire ‘side’ sleeping position spiel is that if your mattress is soft enough to let your hip and shoulder sink in, you don’t need all of those random pillows everywhere. Just a big one under your head and maybe one between your knees. A lot of ppl think firm and extra firm etc, but if you are a side sleeper and have wide shoulders and / or hips, a soft mattress really helps.

Still very helpful! I'm pregnant now and need to sleep on my side but I started experiencing shoulder pains. Now I know how to solve it! Thank you!
  • This intro is literally the most wholesome thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life 16/10

0:27 how the dude on the left is holding those bones is making me uncomfortable 👀
  • @jusmecmp
Thank you both! I appreciate you offering these great suggestions. I love your videos and thank you so much for putting them out for us to learn from.
  • Thanks so much for taking time to help us have better, more comfortable sleep habits.
