The part of you becoming friends with a Syrian refugee is what I like best in this video. A lot more Americans should get a passport and come over here, even just a week or two. The best antidote against all the fear mongering nonsense that is being told in some American media about Europe is personal encounter.

I really hope there is a third part. There are so many things you didn't do in Cologne .... You could go on top of the church, go to great museum like the chocolate, the olympic, the Romano-Germanic etc. You didn't even go to the Rhine river which is really big and beautiful. There are also some great bridges like the Hohenzollernbrücke and you didn't even see the other side of the Rhine river...

Near Cologne there is Wuppertal. It has a very special way of transportation that's called the "Schwebebahn".It's like a "Bahn" but above the streets and it is unique in the whole world!
