Located in southern Afghanistan, Kandahar City is a historic and culturally rich destination that boasts ancient traditions and modern influences. Join me as I navigate my way through winding lanes of the Old City, where tradition meets modernity. I explore the vibrant markets, where the colors, aromas, and sounds tell tales of a city that has stood the test of time. I also had the chance to talk to the locals, hearing their stories, and share in their traditions, to truly experience the true hospitality that makes Kandahar a city like no other.

So contrasting! One Taliban refused you to shake hand and one Taliban honoured you by energy drink and invited you to his house... A true Muslim is always helpful and compassionate, that's what we've been taught.

In madarsah u just don't read Quran, but alongwith it u r taught tafseer (quran's deep translation, the reason for the revelation of verse, the interpretation of verse by different scholars, the wisdom and science behind each verse)
They also study thousands of hadith (sayings of our beloved Prophet Muhammed pbuh) with detail explanation and the chain of narrations and details of those who narrated these hadith whether they are reliable or not if any of the narrator's history is found unreliable the hadith is considered weak)
Moreover fiqh (islamic law), distribution of property among family,
arabic language and many other subjects are taught
Alot of madarsah do teach science and maths.
Many muslim scholars of the past are pioneers in different fields of physics, maths, astronomy etc. And they had studied in madarsah!
