Shrimp and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
Sauce:
2 tbsp garlic minced
1 tbsp ginger minced
2 tbsp light sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup chicken stock/water
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp sugar
Mix well
1 lb shrimp
1/2 tsp soy sauce
pinch of salt
Boiling water
2 lb broccoli
cook for 2 min
COOKING
1 tbsp oil
2 green onion chopped
add shrimp
cook until shrimp are cooked like 3 min.
add broccoli and the sauce. cook for 3-4 min until sauce thickens.
That is all. Quick and delicious and top of it healthy.
