I think the 3 by itself with no special effects is a massive improvement to what they did. But I think they left it plain and simple to confuse us because back then, no one knew if it was metal sonic or shadow. Now that enough people have seen the 2nd movie, they should change the logo to something like your design.

Your version is so much better, I really like how it demonstrates sonic and shadow and would make so much sense for the whole storyline of the 3rd movie, amazing job.

They should use your logo instead. You gave it a feel of Sonic and Shadow with some lightning effect and coloring. It references the logo of Sonic Adventure 2. What you did is super awesome! 🤩🤩🤩

Amazing. I always thought that the Sonic 3 logo that they released was kind of plain (no doubt because they didn't want to spoil the credits scene), and you blew it out of the water in terms of quality. Well done dude.

I think it's really impressive that by making small alterations to one character, you were able to add a lot to the logo while staying consistent to the minimalist look.
