I made all the unique art myself (Catti & KNIGHT's battle sprites, etc.), so please credit me if you use it.
My theory is Asriel will be hinted at being the KNIGHT, but there will be some kind of fake-out. The fight depicted would probably take place in Chapter 5 or 6, with some bigger threat pulling the strings, causing these events to unfold.

It would be pretty cool if you actually only controlled kris' soul and was forced to attack, but since you can move around you can try your best to not let your attacks hit your party members

There isn't alot of fan made themes for this character so it's always nice to see stuff like this. Hearing Nightmare Knight in this makes me wonder if Toby will add it in The Knight's theme when we eventually fight them.

A fun play on the phrase "living in your brother's shadow", huh? What I like about this song is, while it's definitely full of energy, it's absolutely brimming with desperation. This is clearly meant to be a scary encounter. Like the Knight took the fight to you and you were not prepared to face it. In that way, it reminds me of Your Best Nightmare a little, which I suppose is apt given the choice of who you decided to be The Knight.

I like to think my prediction is that the KNIGHT is actually the scrapped vessel from the beginning of the game. It was supposed to be the star of the story, but got replaced with Kris instead. It’s now enraged and wants revenge.

This is so lovely, I really like Catti's design being an occult member since she mentions it in chapter 2 :) very fitting and the music is great!! I think the leitmotifs are Nightmare Night, Megalo Strikeback, The legend, Gaster's theme, world revolving/secret boss theme, Don't forget, His theme, and I think there's a recurring theme inspired by the opening to Your best nightmare as well? It's all super well done truly, like damn o-o

I can see the huge inspiration of Toby Fox's Knightmare Night lol. I will say I love the 'The Legend' section a lot better but thats because I feel it really nails the "if there was to be a Knight Boss and it wasnt against Kris, this would be the theme". Id love to see what would happen if you went more in that direction if you were up for it

The little tracey effects on The Knight's sprite makes me yearn to see it floating around like Asriel's initial phase in Undertale, minus the rainbow background bit. The simple blue platform and black void make The Knight 10x more imposing.

I love that there's a stray pixel at the bottom left of the arena.

I like to imagine that in this fight, you're still the one controlling Kris, and you have no choice but to fight them. You can see Noelle, Susie, and Catty take their turns, but you have no control over the buttons they press.

Feels very reminiscent of Kirby's Dreamland 3 in the soundfont and style. I really dig it, I also noticed the inspiration from "Nightmare Knight".

Absolutely love this take on the Knight's theme, love that it incorporates Nightmare Knight as well! Was just curious as to what instruments were used in it. Of course, I'm not asking for a full list of all sf2's you used, but was just curious if you were inspired from any game's instruments in particular? Thought I'd mention as well, the pixel art looks real cool as well! - Just noticed the dead pixel in the left corner, gotta have that, it's iconic
