In this very calming episode of The Ranveer Show, we have with us a monk who sold his Maserati.
Very early on Palga Rinpoche realized the true purpose of spirituality and understood that materialism is not the answer to long-term happiness.

This episode delves into Buddhism, spirituality, and achieving peace and happiness. Palga Rinpoche has had an interesting life, from being recognized as a reincarnation to experiencing extreme wealth at a young age to sleeping on the sidewalk when he was poor.

Spirituality is a term for which each one of us has a different definition. But all of them circle into the honest belief in a higher power, the universe, & our own versions of God. It is something that needs to be done from a feeling of genuineness and deep belief. From this episode, I truly hope you find the answers you were looking for.

It’s an Indian Buddhist ritual which was taught by Naropa. Naropa was an abbot at Nalanda, and then later left Nalanda to study BuddhistTantra under Mahasiddha Tilopa.

That is amazing what the monk has described. There is lot of ancient wisdom that is still preserved in Himalayas and yogis that are siddhas who has nothing to do but send positive vibes around the world while meditating.
  • @reedgage7689
Excellent interview, you let the monk speak and asked questions with xlnt timing. Gosh, the Tibetans DO KNOW ABOUT YOGA
  • @meret99
I love this monk, he’s humble and wise
  • Thank you Ranveer, enjoyable, down to earth kind of conversation, where its okay to laugh, be easy, zen, dance like you have no bones( metaphorically,) Loving ❤ this.

⛳️He said, “he is not going to give too much.” but that glimpse he gave was amazing. Thank you for sharing your world!

I love how you talk about such a theme with goku in the background, he has shown me so many skills in meditation honestly i love this
  • Ranveer : your podcast is spot on. I am reading a book “Breath” by James Nestor where he mentioned about how incredible tummo technique is. I would love to listen to a podcast on breathwork/pranayama and mudras. God bless you
  • @barsixful
I’ve always hoped that in a past life I had been a Tibetan monk. It’s 100% fascinating

Rinpoche’s explanation are very clear and modern. But in our hyper sexualized era, it could be misleading to compare “great bliss” experienced through awakening kundalini to “orgasm”. The idea is that bliss induces such non-sexual joy and contentment that it burns the thought of ordinary sexual desire which is a coarse, rough state of mind. Great bliss is set to be so subtle that it induces a state of deep samadhi! 🙏🙏

Really enjoyed this. I know this is very different however the "Ice-Man" has taught me to be in ice & I have done this for more than 30 minutes on numerous occasions. I am also a huge follower of Washburn & a friend of Deepak Chopra. Thank you BOTH immensely. ❤
  • great going ranveer 👌 👍 i love every bit of all the occult stuff , as being a reiki practitioner i am able to grasp & understand quite a bit & it kind of invokes more curiosity to acquire more n more , thank u sooo soooo much for 🙏 all your efforts & your fantastic attempt in compiling these videos

The ecstatic state he talks of is kind of what I've felt post shambhavi mahamudra too. Something incredible compared to how I was prior.
  • @kalinathaughat
Beautiful he speaks excellently English, explains very good
  • @romantheroman98
Thats the coolest, down to earth monk. He reminds me of ranton

The thing is we are collectively figuring out these yogic techniques whether they share what they know or not and I feel very strongly at this stage of our evolution that it's a great disservice to not share the well practiced methods. I've gotten into trouble in my own meditation practice where I've been doing something seriously wrong with kundalini unknowingly, learning how to put it right taught me so much and in a way I'm glad I did get it wrong at first, but it would have been extremely helpful to have some form of guidance. Many of us are spontaneously awakening to influences from higher orders of reality as children and teenagers and we're simply told not to practice until we're adults, but that is by far the worst thing you can say to a young person who has discovered internal powers. We don't all have access to proper yogic teachers, my personal plan is to become a teacher or coach of sorts for anyone going through the same experience I've been through. Left without guidance awakening to these energies can drive people insane, I almost lost my way a few times so I strongly disagree with keeping secrets. It made sense in the past when we were slightly less evolved and far fewer people were spontaneously awakening, but times have changed! Thank goodness people like Wim Hof are coming forward and sharing what they know and what does it matter if people start off my just doing it to look cool; how many kids pick up a musical instrument to look cool only to discover a real talent and love for playing music

I nice to see a superhuman in person. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
