  • I personally believe that D.W grew up to be the god of destruction of the Arthur universe after she got fired from her Police Job.

I actually really like the idea of Buster being a professor. Everyone learns differently and Buster was clearly in a situation where his needs weren't being met. So the idea of Buster growing up and teaching people who had the same learning difficulties he had as a kid is perfect.

The fact the Arthur series comes full circle literally is satisfying It starts with Arthur’s Eyes and Micheal Yarmush voicing Arthur And ends with Arthur’s eyes and Micheal Yarmush voicing Arthur

I worry for anybody who ends up arrested by D.W

Wow. I've never even seen those episodes with Arthur and Francine as a couple. But somehow, as a kid, i got the idea that they had crushes on each other. That's kinda funny.

I agree Buster running the sugar bowl sounds like a good fit, i always saw George as a carpenter since he was always so skilled with wood and tools

Buster's YouTube channel is his side gig. He doesn't need the money from a YouTube partnership or sponsors, and really just does it for fun. His college career gives him the funds necessary to find his research into the supernatural.

I grew up with Arthur, and I'm almost 30 now! I had the PC games, the books! My favorite animal in the show was Buster, the rabbit EDIT I also saw the live show as a kid
  • In one of the books Francine was Arthur's secret Valentine's. They met in the movie theater and Arthur told her to close her eyes and he'll give her a kiss. He ditched her with kiss chocolate, yeah he blew it.😂

If we’re taking the notion of Francine being Arthur’s future wife into consideration, than I don’t think Francine identifies as gay. Granted, she’s a sporty tomboy who cares little for girly things, but I honestly think Francine could be Bi or maybe even Bi-curious who explores who she is for a time before falling in love with Arthur and marrying him later on. It’s not impossible.

I respect you for the F bomb at the end. You may have gotten a few extra bucks for a day on a kids channel but choosing your long term fan base will be something we'll never forget. ✊
  • A fitting ending. I as a kid I always kids assumed Arthur and Francine had a thing for each other. Plus buster always struck me as the ADHD kid who was highly intelligent, but not motivated for school. Either way great analysis. As a side note I dunno why everyone in the comments is saying their favorite animal, but mine is the lion.
  • @GendoRokabundi
Arthur grows up to be Peanut Butter Gamer, and then has to review Arthur games.

Definitely interesting to see a deep dive into Arthur. Also for the longest time I thought Arthur was a mouse but nope he’s just a weird looking aardvark
  • Also arthur and francine totally got together it made so much sense there were multiple epusodes of them seeming closer than most outside of buster francine was arthurs best friend and to top it all off you cannot tell me they weren't dating and everyone knew it

If you think about it, Buster as a teacher makes a lot of sense. As our understanding of teaching grows, we've learned that different people learn more effectively through different ways, and some minds just don't do well with the traditional classroom style of teaching. Buster's desire for teaching could have come from the fact that he always struggled, and was left behind because traditional study methods weren't as effective on him, so he wanted to channel that into a way to help others like him, that the system may otherwise leave behind. That's my interpretation anyway
  • As a librarian I loved the Arthur books and show so much and I love the show went on so long as so many kids to enjoy it. My favorite animal is a cat.
  • I really miss this show so much I love the older seasons of this series.

Arthur and the PBS channel was my favorite thing as a kid and even into my early teens. I didn't grow up with cable so I just always watched that channel. Brings back all the memories. My favorite animal are sharks, specifically the Great White.

I like how buster is a college teacher of all things XD his struggles turned into success in the end 7:11 wait is that bud next to DW? I know the show made bud and ladonna move away, which was a stupid idea since I loved these 2,but it looks like that they come back in the future when they grow up,thats so cool,I'm surprised I didn't notice this before also my favorite animal(s) are cats, dogs, foxes, hamsters, red pandas and well anything cute, but I had to narrow it down somehow, and if I have to narrow it down even more cat and red pandas, also it would be intresting to see a hybrid arthur OC
