This documentary is full of spectacular wildlife footage and documents a year in the life of the Alp's largest and most majestic bird of prey. You will be amazed at the impressive scenery and enjoy shots of rarely seen indigenous animals such as capricorns, chamois, deer, marmots, eagle-owls, mountain cocks and wood grouses.

I've loved the golden eagle ever since I was 3 years old! It's so majestic and I love the addition of LOTR music towards the end!
  • Hi all beautiful people. I've watched over the years many many nature documentaries, But this one was without a doubt Breathtakingly Beautiful. Its very eloquently explained and the music that plays along add to the beauty of this documentary, Kudos to all the people that made it such a beautiful documentary to watch,
  • Wow no wonder the Golden Eagle is our National Bird, lovely creatures.
  • These large birds are the Kings of the air, I agree. It was pretty amazing seeing them spreading their large and strong wings in the sky.
  • Very lovely, as well as informative. I'm glad the researcher(s) - to actually research - and photographer(s) - to do more than just shoot scenery - trekked up there many times. I'll come back to this fairly often.
  • So amazing and I love your video. I enjoyed it and will watch it over and over. Thanks for sharing
  • I used to see these occasionally in the pacific northwest in the 1980's. One of the things I miss since I moved back to Nebraska. Thank you for sharing!
  • It was great to see the eagle chick grow...nature is beautiful indeed...
