I love Willy Nelsons and Gary P Nunn’s rendition, but I love Amanda’s version also. The most beautiful rendition sung by a woman. Her mother was equally beautiful.

Excellent job; young one! Excellent!!

Great cover of an old song written by Gary P Nunn, done by many, but I like your style

Well this was me singing more than 6 years ago. I will forever be a Willie Nelson fan. For the record, I'm a little out of my element here. I'm used to standing and having a hold of the Mic. If I could change one thing, I'd have stood during this to really dig deeper in emotion. Thankful for all of the nice comments! I appreciate YOU!

How does this only have 8,800 views? I'm copying it all over my Facebook. While only 3% of my friends can appreciate country-styled music, this is truly amazing.

I love that song you do a great job

I am really impressed with your version of "The Last Thing...". I listened to several versions and liked this one best.

Kids at the bus stop and the birds a singing said the Marine from Bellmead which basicly meant we were 80 miles from hell and leaving all the beauty God had graced us with. It was tragic, wonderful and full of love and her leaving is what I think off when I hear this song, still after 40 years. I hear the birds in the morning now and it reminds me to cherish all that God graces me with.
