I really think certain hair types do better with colour and heat. Like my sister has a looser curl pattern but her strands are coarser and more wiry than mine and she can flat iron and colour her hair and it still bounces back...I have thick hair but its fine and it just hates heat and chemicals..much more delicate.

I bleached/colored quite a few times when I was still relaxed and my hair was still long, thick and healthy. I haven’t colored my hair again since my Big Chop. Managing natural color treated is SO MUCH HARDER than managing relaxed color treated hair (in my opinion). So I haven’t done it. I can guarantee I’ll never bleach it again! But, I’ve been wanting to put a semi or demi permanent Jet Black rinse on it. Who knows if it’ll ever happen tho...I been saying that for a legit year now 🤣😂😆

Dang what product line decided to put a name on the bottle?! Now how am I gonna come thru and take your hair care products. How embarrassing is it gonna be when you come over my place and see a "JeweJewe" conditioner. There's no explaining myself out of that one 😂

I bleached my hair about 4 months ago to do a highlighted look. I didn’t like it😭. I just didn’t think the blonde look was for me, so I dyed my hair back to my natural color with a permanent dye. Now I’ve noticed that my curls aren’t forming how they used to. So I’m on the road to get back to healthy hair.

I'm glad I never dyed my hair. I only got 2 highlights back when I was 17 and I'm 30 now.
