  • I feel like Zendaya should have been on this. She may be thin herself, but she is all about being body positive and she just came out with a huge line spanning just about every size. Though she's my age, I see her as a huge role model, also because of her skin. I feel like confidence in your race and who you are is also a form of body positivity
  • Demi should've been #1 ❤️❤️❤️ I'm 6 years in recovery because of her
  • Kelly Clarkson, Jessica Simpson, Demi Lovato and Tyra Banks are my favorites. I don't understand why ppl would called Jessica and Tyra fat, but I heard about Kelly after having her child and learning so much about Demi on an MTV special. None of these ladies are overweight, they are strong, smart, beautiful women who are positive role models to every girl.

Random person reading this I want you to know you are beautiful just the way you is 😆❤
  • @KoRnChic
Standing ovation for all of these women! And for any other women that promote body positivity! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
  • Jesy Nelson went through a lot of body shaming on the X factor and advocates for body positivity I think she should've been somewhere on this list
  • i love all these women! iv been tortured for my body size all my life and i can't stress how important it is for young people in general to have positive role models and to know that they are beautiful no matter what.
  • Nicki Minaj: writes songs about loving being thick Watchmojo: includes Lena Dunham over her
  • Damn, I am quite skinny myself and like it, but let's all take a minute to admit that Ashley Graham is not a plus size model, she is the ultimate bombshell, inside and out. What more could anyone ask for ??
  • what about Zendaya? she deserves to be in that list too!
  • Critics slam Lena Dunham for promoting an unhealthy lifestyle. So I guess the media telling girls and young women that they constantly need to be skinny to be accepted by society, to the point where they develop eating disorders and depression, is just fine and dandy. Really sick double standard. Thank you, MsMojo, for making this video! As a bigger gal myself, it is nice to see that there are women like me who don't give a flying fuck about beauty standards, just as long as they are happy in their own skin.

Body Positivity - "Steve Buscemi is JUST as beautiful as Chris Hemsworth."
  • Just be happy in your skin and enjoy eating nice food. I am 18 years old and a (uk) size 12 to 14. most girls my age at my college are an 8 or a 10. They are the most depressed people in the world as they are not getting the joy that food can bring. I love food. it is nice and yummy. Just live life and be happy and make good choices. Never compare yourself to others as there is only one you. I love who I am inside and out. Even my wobbly bobbly bits.
  • well with katniss I think the skinniness would have made more sense since the people in that universe are supposedly starving. it's called hunger games
  • I wish one of the role models were for girls that have skinny bodies with no curves, but they can't gain weight. They aren't starving themselves, but now that body positivity for more bigger and curvier girls is in, a lot of skinny girls get made fun of. Because body positivity isn't just for being big or curvy.
