  • I have been consuming these dry fruits since past 2 yrs. I also include 1 date, few soaked groundnuts, a small quantity of sprouts and 1 fresh fruit for breakfast. I'm energetic with no health issues even at the age of 56. Everyone says I look like 35 yrs. I exercise regularly for 2 hrs.
