Finally someone spoke about this. Every one keeps saying they left so and so company to join another one with more salary, they don't talk about the back up plans they have if they are laid off from the coming organization.

HI, Thanks for nice video. I have two offers both at same CTC with same location one is with HCL and other is with CTS, HCL have probation of 6 months and will provide 3 months basic in probation/after probation during relieving due to cost optimization/any downsizing whereas CTS giving all 3 months Gross salary in Probation/after probation Their is no probation mentioned in CTS offer. Can you please advise which one is safe to join (should i go as per offer clause) or as per reviews.

Thanks for sharing ๐...I feel very scared after watching this video...But I just know joined IT only 3months completed,but....our manager telling like,for our entire team that we move to bench & indirect way of lay off....I'm feeling frusturated๐ฅฒ& don't know without any reason why they're behaviour is like this....So I thinking to quit my job & follow my passion what I'm good at.So what advice you give me in this situation....?p

If you don't have guts to disclose then better don't utter simply something.... I can say that Accenture India laid off 20000 people during September-October 2020.
