Always work in a company where less employee working, lots of employee working under a single roof cause chaos that leads to office politics layoff and many more.

Basically “Be Ready” Even if you have fancy salary for your age. Don’t spend lavishly as you never know when time ll change drastically.

one of my friend called me yesterday his company laid off him recently. Before that company processed his L1 visa and he was all set to travel US work with client long term. Its all driven by business may be company lost client and project and eventually my friend also lost job. I have seen reasons laid off 1. Performance 2. politics 3. lack of projects 4. contract not renewed or client has no budget 5. Acquisition and restructuring

Hi Anand, I agree but whatever you discussed in this video most senior pros will have already an idea about. So better come up with videos putting more light on what are soft skills and how to develop them for the long run.
  • Very correct mate .. this is true in all industries …Very insightful video.. everyone should see this
  • Correct. You MUST keep upgrading/upskilling yourselves. You can’t lag behind in your area of expertise. Tech landscape keeps changing at a very fast pace. The risk of you getting impacted multi-folds of you lag behind.

In the job world there are only two seasons. One where employers control, and one where employees rule. Play based on the basis of this. When employers control, lick and when season changes to employees, kick.

survival of the fittest and smartest.. there is no concept of 'full time' employment .. it exists only for the sake of paying less to the employees
