These words remain in my heart "The world is A bad place A bad place A terrible place to live Oh, but I don't want to die. " It's true; I never imagined hearing this beautiful song with so many tears in my eyes. Dear Dean Ford, maybe one day we'll see each other in the hereafter. For now I wish God had you in his glory.

I didn't really know who Dean Ford was until recently. I had grown up with the song and last year downloaded it to my phone and then saw the videos and especially touching video of him singing it with Clips being shown of him as he was when he released the song and over years previously. Wonderful gift to us!

I can’t stop playing ‘reflections ‘ since I stumbled on it just a few short weeks ago. It’s just got that special sincerity and real to life feel that gets your full attention. How extra special it was to just learn he was from Glasgow U.K. my current home town. I’m also very pleased that his person was as genuine as his stage persona.

Thank you Dan for posting this. Dad is very proud of you RIP Dean. Thank you for this beautiful song Reflection Of My Life. I listen to it everyday. My late wife is from London n when I met her at 16.5 years old she told me she is a great fan of The Marmalade and volunteer her time helping out at your Fan Club.

His sweet voice reflect what that summers was about the month of August 1969. We love and miss you RIP

I was 11 when “Reflections Of My Life” came out. It’s one of those, almost rare, songs that you instantly love the very first time you hear it, and before the midpoint! I’m 61 now. I’ve referred back to it when life treats you a certain way. “Reflections” will never go away cause it’s a perfect storm of the emotion the music brings and the lyrics that totally complement the personality of the music. I have a music degree so I can hear the very purposeful perfect storm. What a fantastic voice he had. An amazing skilled songwriter. I’m just now finding so much Dean Ford I had no idea of. The 2014 version of Reflection, WOW! That cello is so sweet! RIP Mr. Dean Ford.
