Recipe 1:
500 g cherries.
After we have thoroughly cleaned the cherries, we remove the stone.
5 tablespoons of yoghurt (150 g).
2 tablespoons sugar (45 g).
1 tablespoon cornstarch (15 g).
Mix well.
1 egg.
1/2 cup sugar (100 g).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1/2 cup milk (120 ml / 4 fl oz).
1 + 1/2 cup flour (200 g).
2 teaspoons baking powder (10 g).
1/4 cup butter (60 g).
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch mold.
Grease with butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 356 F for 40-45 minutes.

Recipe 2:
2 eggs.
120 g sugar (4.2 ounces).
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
3 tablespoons cornstarch.
500 ml milk (17.5 fl oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Allow to cool at room temperature.
100 ml water (3.5 fl oz).
100 ml milk (3.5 fl oz).
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon sugar.
80 g butter (2.8 ounces).
Cook over low heat until the butter melts.
When the mixture starts to boil, add 120 g of flour.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let the dough cool for 5 minutes.
3 eggs.
When the dough slowly comes away from the spoon, the dough is ready.
If it doesn't separate, add 1/2 more egg.
Bake at 220 C (428 F) for 15 minutes.
Then leave the oven door open 2 cm and bake for another 7 minutes at 220 C (428 F).
Turn off the oven and leave the door open 2 cm (1 inch), leave the dough in for another 7 minutes.
250 g strawberries (9 oz).
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
10 ml water (0.33 fl oz).
40 g icing sugar.


Recipe 3:
6 eggs.
120 g sugar (4.2 oz).
10 g vanilla sugar (0.4 oz).
30 g cornstarch (1 oz).
400 ml milk (13.5 fl oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
25g butter.
6 egg whites.
70 g powdered sugar (2.5 oz).
Juice of 1 small lemon.
1 pinch of salt.
80 g flour (2.8 oz).
Shape 18 cm (7 inches).
Bake at 170 C (338 F) for 40 minutes.
60 g laminated almonds (2.1 oz).
60 g white chocolate (2.1 oz).
