Russia's City Destroyer: Tu-160 Blackjack with a 100,000-Pound Bomb

A sleek, winged silhouette streaks across the frame, bathed in the harsh glare of afterburners. It's the Blackjack, moving with an almost unnatural grace for something its size.
Known as the Blackjack by NATO and the "White Swan" by Russian pilots, the Tu-160 is a Soviet and Russian supersonic strategic bomber with variable-sweep wings. Its name, White Swan, comes from its typical white paint, giving it a graceful and elegant appearance reminiscent of a swan in flight.
