    Después de varios meses y entrenamiento mental y de adaptación ayer porfin hice una inmersión en 3°C por aproximadamente 12 minutos. Lo interesante es "observar" con la mente todos los nervios relajándose a partir de los primeros 2 minutos hasta entrar en un estado de relajación y paz absoluta. 😁 Lo has intentado ahora por más tiempo Hector?
