  • I homeschooled 6 children and used this book for each of them. I found another great book to help them learn to sit for the lessons and also to build the skills needed to begin reading. It’s called Getting Ready to Read by Julie Shaffer. It works hand in hand with this book.
  • I've been using this book for 30 years. First for my 5 children and now for my grandchildren. My grandson is 4 and a half and is halfway though the book. It really does work.
  • I watched this video like a year ago and I was like wow i wish my child reads like this someday I got the book a couple of months ago and watched this video again and I said I can't wait to reach this lesson 💕 We'll start this lesson tomorrow and boy am I excited haha Thank you so much your video really encouraged me and I'm so proud of my little girl ( she's 4 and a half)😍

Thanks you so much for showing the first video where the child didnt seem bored to tears. I think my kids will enjoy sitting with me and learning like you're doing here. I will now purchase this with confidence that it wont be a total drag lol
  • We have been engaged in such, but with a speech therapy orientation, for reading in Russian. I will be grateful for the answer.
  • Love this, mine gets confused on words like can and man. The sound is a little different.
  • I have been a reading teacher in public schools for 32 years. I have taught this program for years and actually worked for SRA as a trainer training public school teachers to use it. I noticed that the child was giving the unvoiced th sound as in thank instead of the voiced sound as in this. The unvoiced sound has not been introduced at that point.
  • I'm dutch and I want to use this method to teach dutch language. It has the same latin alphabet. How do I go about it?
