Dude, I’ve been eating avocado toast with basalmic and sea salt and organic garlic powder for years!! 💪🏻
  • I am LITERALLY CRYING right now finding both of you. I've been in & out of ER, pancreatitis, kidney, spleen & liver "cysts", the liver...has grown. I'm in constant discomfort CONSTANT, bloating up to look like I'm 9 months pregnant. Nausea everything. I feel like I look like I'm dying because that's how I feel on the inside. I'm so blessed & happy to find this podcast
  • I wish there was a summary/list of food to be eaten in the video description. Thank you!
  • Dr. Bulsiewicz's advice, a few months back, has been invaluable to me: integrating fermented foods into my diet.
  • In my experience, red lentils (dal) and rice are the best cure for stomach pain. It’s used as a treatment for gastrointestinal ailments in Ayurvedic medicine.
  • Today 12/01/2022 I’ve fully committed to go 100% Vegan/Vegetarian, I’m so excited for new journey in my life. Day one today, Thank you so much Dr. Will for this one ❤️
  • Enjoying my steel cut oatmeal w/ blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries. Some delicious flax, help and chia seeds. Topped with one cup of Grape Nuts and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Oh yeah...and a 1/4 cup of organic walnuts as well. Really tasty and so filling. Thanks Chuck, Dr. Will B and PCRM for this.

I like this guy Chuck he knows what to ask and when to ask. And no plenty unnecessary talks.
  • I'm British and have issues with my gut, bloating and bowels all my life. I have had intestinal infections which my doctor said was common but people don't normally have symptoms I had sickness and diarrhoea she put my on no food just fluids for 3 weeks. I have issues with fibre in my body I eat a healthy diet and eat fruit and vegetables every day. I struggle on bowel movements. I think it all comes from my gut, I found this fascinating and frustrating doctors here don't investigating. I have also had breast cancer, since then none have given me advice on food I had to research it myself. I thank you so much and I wish British doctors were more like American doctors.
  • I’ve been vegetarian for over 30 years, and I just started a total plant-based and vegan diet at home. Two years ago I had a diverticulitis flareup. None of the contributing causes apply to me, I don’t eat meat, drink, plenty of water, I get plenty of exercise. Just this week I had another flareup that has been debilitating to the point where I’ve been pretty much in bed for four days straight. What could be the cause and how do I illuminate having this problem in the future.
  • My favorite Avocado toast made with a spicy guacamole with blueberries loaded on top with hemps seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup.

I make soy yogurt in my instant pot, so you don't need dairy yogurt. I also make sauerkraut--so easy and great with many dishes.

Thank you for sharing this knowledge ❤️ from Johannesburg South Africa 👍
  • @sunkobra

I am so glad that it’s middle of April already so it doesn’t take sooo long for the Fiber Fueled Cookbook to arrive; can hardly wait 😌
  • I learned that I will take less fruit until gas problems due to fructose intolerance are gone, gonna try that for sure.❤

Low and slow - how right that is! The body doesn't like big changes, even if they are good changes. I eat Sauerkraut every day and it really helps my gut.
  • Have you ever tried fennel kraut? It's one of my favorites. You make it exactly like sauerkraut except it's shaved fennel instead of cabbage. I include all the green and white parts. Good with garlic as well.
