“I didn’t feel worthy of this earth because no one ever treated me with love and respect” speechless at his story. I hope he heals and finds peace in his lifetime
  • This man is the definition of being dealt a bad hand in life. He’s obviously very intelligent. I hope his future hold nothing but good things for him and im glad to have heard his story.
  • Man this hit hard. You can see his vulnerability. The way he talks about just wanting to find his mother... Damn..
  • Heartbreaking story. He seems like a genuine guy. I’m very happy for him that he became clean and is happier now.

When he speaks about his son, the way his face lights up, finding it impossible to not smile. May this man enjoy the rest of his life now he's at peace.

The horrible thing is people stereotype drug addicts..not realising everyone has had a simple "normal" life. Respect to you brother..not easy opening up to the world like that. X

The amount of pain the human soul can bear is insane! Congrats to Marvin and his GF. May his mom continue to watch over him.
  • Shocking what happened to him at such a young age. To be abused by that horrible man in his 50's in the most degrading horrific way it becomes easy to understand why he turned to drugs to cope with that.
  • @DirtyApronBoy
Holly shit, this mans story is so raw. How he can tell it and not break down crying is beyond me. Marvin seems like a genuinely nice person too bad he had such a rough lot.

You can unequivocally say, this man never failed. We failed him. None of this should have happened to him. He remained good and fought for a better life through the most harrowing of circumstances. There are movies made of real life heroes who never fought harder or triumphed more than this man has. The heart of a lion.
  • I never judge people with drug issues because there's always a back story , I hope this man can find a peaceful and happy future life
  • @n.r590
Never judge a drug addict. You’ll never know what demons they are facing

Keep on keeping on Marvin. If you can dig your way out of a situation like that, your capable of anything.
  • Been watching a good few of these Lad Bible documentaries lately, and It's just so shocking how many people go from a bad situation to worse by trusting someone who turns out to be the absolute worst of society. There are a lot of evil people out there. This poor guy gets adopted then his dad beats him, goes to some lads house to play games and he leads him into 2 years of abuse.

He seems like a genuine guy life’s just fucked him over
  • @Hannah-wx7er
You know the prison system is fucked up when they send someone to prison up to 30 times, when they obviously have addiction issues, instead of rehab. When you are addicted, you are literally chemically dependent on that drug, you will do anything for it.
  • omg i'm crying watching this. marvin sounds like a really lovely person and so glad he has a loving fam now
