  • When he said that the physical pain of 9/10 was less compared to the emotional pain he felt when people mocked him for his height. We truly live in a pathetic society.

Engineer with 4 degrees, able to speak 9 different languages. This is more than anyone can achieve. Height is not a barrier for success.

Lesson that must be taught to kids at a young age : Do not mock people for things they have no control over

My height is 5 feet 3 inches and I am from India. Being a man who is 26 years old I can say that its hard to be short if you are man. I was mocked, humiliated and I was always put down by everyone be it my so called friends, parents or my siblings. It was hard for me to make friends or have normal conversation with anyone. Always while talking to my parents or elder sister they very subtly would bring my height into it and used to say disrespectful things. But now I have made peace with everything. I cannot change height. Mostly it depends on your genes and environment in which you are brought up. Even my mother is so short and father also not too tall but they want a tall son. And people in my school and college who disrespected me because of being short was not about height, it was about making me insecure because I had better grades than them. So to people who are short I have to say that its not your fault. First accept that you are short and there is nothing wrong in that. Work on your skills, be best in it. You can be an unattractive person but useful person too.

”I studied hard, became an engineer and got a good job. I can speak nine languages. I hold a Masters in business administration and a Master of Arts in two subjects. I have a total of five degrees. Despite that no matter where I go most people point out my height, even people who have known me for 15+ years…No one looks at your work or knowledge Everybody taunts me about my height” Everyday I’m alive I further find a reason to have no hope for humanity. People are shit

at least the doctor admitted how ridiculous the procedure is just for cosmetic reasons. some doctors downplay the risks involved.
  • I had this surgery but because of the deformity in my leg, not because of height (even tho I'm just 156cm) my doctor decided not to lenghten my leg because of a high risk of complications, still I had a nerve failure and haven't fully recovered to this day. To know that people do this for beauty just blows my ming. It's the most painfull, excruciating thing in medicine...

This broke my heart i am literally crying, as a meducal professional i've seen many maaany people with that external fixator devices that got infected and i've done many wound dressing for them , the pain is unimaginable my heart was shattered into pieces when i remembered their faces in pain To see someone willingly undergoing this type of procedure made me even sadder , i understand his pain i feel him and he doesn't had to go through all that pain just to please people There's nothing wrong with him , his height is normal and he is a handsome and successful man and he deserves to be loved for who is he If he just had more support and affirmative words he would've avoided all that unnecessary pain Bless his heart i hope he fully recovered from that procedure and he is in a better place now both mentally and physically
  • This man is not looking for to be tall. He is looking for honor. Respect. Bro lived his life for others. Hope you achieve what you want.
  • The same people who mocked him and bullied him for his height will now mock him and bully him for having done the surgery to increase height. That's the type of society we live in. I hope everything goes well for this man.
  • @kalvon
I've seen people getting harassed because of their heights. Most of the harasser themselves can be consider as short. I used to hate my height but now I'm a bit over it now but it still hurts me when people make fun of my height. I kept comparing myself to my friends or to other people I know and how much shorter I am compared to them. I understand how and what these men feels like, but he experienced something extreme that even I think i can't handle it myself.

"Chaar Log Kya Kahenge" must have destroyed more lives than Wars !
  • This man has accomplished so much in life. 5 degrees, speaks 9 languages, and has a great engineering job, married, but unfortunately the judgements of others has forced this wonderful person to take drastic measures upon himself. Whatever the case I wish him success and peace!

I think people should understand that Body-shaming is not only about calling someone fat or thin, it is also calling out someone's height as short or tall. The definition of body shaming is so narrow that people think calling someone fat only accounts for it.

I broke my femur in an accident, it was the most painful event of my life. I was never the same and became disabled. I miss my old life. To think that some people are willing to do this baffles me.. i havent walked the same and i cant run anymore.
  • Have confidence and self respect 🙏 , you are what you are . I'm only 5 ft 3 inches but I'm a self made millionaire , self driven , happy , positive, and most importantly healthy . Who cares about height 🤷‍♂️
  • Brother, you are amazing. I am 5'1'' male with male pattern baldness at 25. I have acne all over my face but none of my friends ever mention them to me. If someone does, they are not my friends. It's okay not to be average. :)
  • @razorblade6746
The reason why he faced so many criticism for his height is simply because the world is such a jealous place and he is such an accomplished man that the jealous just can't find something to scrutinise him other than his height.
  • @williesnyder2899
Interesting self-leveling system on that two ring support-stretcher! I had no idea that interoscular nails were put down the long bones to maintain longitudinal and lateral stability. It makes sense. Not my call, but it seems to me that such surgery might best be reserved for treating deformities and length/alignment anomalies due to accidents or congenital defects.

When he said that he cleared all airforce and was rejected due to height i mean I can't imagine being rejected on some thing that is not in your hands
