Let's just stop this pity party for the family. Why is his life more important than the children he murdered?

He encouraged his brothers to get a college education but he was more than content to leave Amber completely uneducated, with no drivers license and completely dependent upon him for transportation. He kept her pregnant, alone in a dumpy isolated trailer while forcing her to homeschool against her will and tend many animals because homesteading was HIS dream. And oh yeah, he beat her. In front of the children. It wasn’t until his she left (after he cut off the utilities on her & the babies and made sure she knew she “had nothing to offer the children”), that she completed her high school education, got a drivers license, and got a job. Then he slaughtered his babies with his own hands. And still this family treats him like he was an amazing, high quality and good man and they are honored to call him their brother. Is there enough therapy in the world for this family????

Through the entire trial the defense was all: "Tim's family sucked and his life was horrible. It made him crazy and he killed his kids." Penalty phase: "Tim's family is wonderful and they adore him and can't live without him, even if he killed his kids." For the sake of the jury, the taxpayers, and the justice for his children -- end this sideshow. His stepsister said @45:09 "I'll never be able to bring him home for Christmas dinner so he can meet his niece or let him hold her..." HE ABUSED AND MURDERED HIS FIVE CHILDREN! The judge in this case allows long drawn out story answers. Most questions are yes & no questions. These folks can really get into answering . Geeezo... I don't know why the judge never steps in. Everyone understands little Timmy's family does not want a death sentence.
