It's literally taken me four years to realise the series is called the worst pain, and you're not clickbaiting every time 😅😅😅

As a CMT (certified massage therapist)These videos are GOLD. I've used alot of Mytchel's techniques for my clients and it had done wonders. What i like about this series is Lex only comes in when there is something wrong, which is exactly how it is with clients. It not clickbait nor fake. Absolutely brilliant series that works even for us onlookers! 👏 Another thing is the camera angles are great because we can see everything and editing pure humor 😊

New subscriber! I only started working out 2 years ago (at age 55) and focusing on body mechanics and mobility, so it's very helpful to observe the body mechanics on someone else! I'm having lots of "oh! THAT's what's happening with my body!" moments watching these videos. As painful and awkward as it may be to make these, please keep making them! And I'll check out the online coaching diet plans soon.

Best description of knee pain triggers ever, existing lol. "If you're suffering from existence please your local Shire or the nearest sadist."

Top info, help and comedy as well as plenty of double entendres and Lex in pain…. Great to have the Ram back and a real awesome video showing amazing progress so quick… looking forward to the squat follow up… Can you do one around adductors and groin strain rehab and pre-hab sometime…🤷🏻‍♂️ Wonderful to see the little lady doing well and getting daddy organised with his videos 👍🏻👍🏻 Worry less adventure more Make your own Energy and quite literally BOOMBabY!!

This seems quite similar to issues I've had over the years as well, which are only semi-addressed. Definitely going to be watching this again to pick up additional context on the pre-hab tips, but honestly I'm wondering if I should simply spring for a session with Mytchal when I'm in the UK in October. Great stuff.
  • Love watching these physio vids. Training to be a sports masseuse so definitely helping

As soon as Lex hopped on the bench, can literally see Sir Mitchell of the Ram having a Vietnam flashback… I don’t know why, but I found that way funnier than I should have. I was literally laughing for about five minutes straight.

Watching your videos has made me realise my lower back pain is actually coming from my knee and hip being twisted. A few stretches and my back pain is gone.

As a fellow pro. I could recommend a massage gun and a few lighter elbow passes to “ warm” the muscle up first while prone. Give in a minute break and it will be much less tender to work on and in my experience less sore the next day. Love the videos!

may want to look at foot stability as well

I get this done weekly, I’m glad to see I’m not the only loud one when getting worked.

Sports massages are so painful. I was in pain after for weeks.
