I would argue Trinity Ghoul is more OP in mid to low level content. In Master or above content, Ticcu's all day. Trinity is dookie in endgame.

As a Solar titan I've had so much fun with my current set-up. Seventh Seraph Carbine with Auto-Loading and Swashbuckler, either my Mini-Tool with E-Unrelenting and E-Incandescent, or Retraced Path with E-Subsistence and E-Incandescent, and G-Horn... or Chain of Command. I would like to get my hands on Fixed Odds, but for now that is my favourite set-up for the game as it currently is with my build.

I would definitely add this season’s new arc scout “tarnished mettle” with demolitionist and volt shot. Especially if u r running arc titan, constant storm grenades is a massive boon to clearing any content, aside from the fact it’s a scout so range isn’t an issue, and volt shot is stupid strong. It can help clear rooms and, if used on a large target it increases ur dps by a solid amount and clears any surrounding mob at the same time. It’s my favorite pve scout n the game at this point by a pretty solid margin. Hell, u can use the Volt Shot perk kinda like the witherhoard. Just kill 1 small target, then shoot the boss/champ, then just pull out a LFR or somethin and the jolt just keeps tickin as u deal dmg with ur heavy. The jolt effect lasts for 10 whole seconds so u can get a lot of dmg ticks out of it. Can’t recommend this thing enough.

Wolftone Draw: Shoot to Loot + Dragonfly… Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before, but the combination is incredible. I’ve used for all types of content and always find a way to keep heavy ammo maxed.

I'm using Witherhoard and a Heavy grenade launcher with ammo mods and the unstoppable grenade launcher mod. Mainly because I usually don't change weapons mid strike (etc) due to slower/laggy connections. When I do, i'm usually changing from an smg or sidearm to a pulse rifle for the longer shots taking out snipers etc. Hitting a server with the Witherhoard just watch it's bar decline and explode whilst swapping to a sidearm/smg to add-clear. I'd say it's a good starting point for not too difficult strikes and nightfalls etc; But, I agree that the double LFR loadout is a great option to have, just haven't gotten the catelyst for the Arbalest (my fault, not enough time in the working day) and have not forged a Taipan yet! Le Monarque is what i’ve used against GM Overloads Solo (Devil’s Lair/Exodus Crash). The poison spread i can use at a safe spot for add clear + the stun lock on Overload’s abilities is a nice payoff for lack of div bubble.

If you're looking for a good solid all-around Hand Cannon, it's hard to go wrong with Ace of Spades. It's a well beloved beast in PvP and is equally strong in all non-endgame PvE content! Great range, overloaded perk collection, stylish, and very satisfying to use.

I run void mostly for the synergy my heavies are usually Falling Guillotine, The Colony, Taipan-4FR, or a void Rocket Launcher like the Red Herring with Lasting Impression and Tracking Module depending on the situation. Likewise for synergy I use mostly my Gnawing Hunger or Pointed Inquiry. The kinetic slot either goes to the Witherhoard, usually, Osteo Striga (if not using an exotic anywhere else), Riptide, Disparity (because of stasis it will not work on barrier champions with mod--found that out after a long time of getting nowhere in legend lost sectors), Night Watch, and once in a great while I will use the Rat King for it's invisibility and because it's a gun that just feels good to me to aim and shoot.

Witherhoard when soloing Darkness in the Light is basically an easy button. Just take your time and let it do the work. Final boss, hide behind the rock and poke him with the hoard, and stay hidden.

I have to admit, I clicked on the video for ideas. Something I haven't thought about. I have to admit, you just listed my favorite weapons to use when by myself 🤣 which isn't bad. I don't look up these kind of videos usually, I just test weapons I find to see if I like them and why I like them. Only one you didn't mention was Jotun lol and I still think Stormchaser solo might be stronger but I haven't gotten the roll I want to check. I did not know thunderlord had a catalyst though, and I am now on a mission!

My go to so far for the legendary campaign has been witherhoard, energy to match shields or high power level, and for heavy I use guillotine or deathbringer

Given Arbalest is still a random drop (assuming you didn't pick it up from Xur a month or two back), another solid exotic for your special slot is Eriana's Vow, which is available at the Exotic Kiosk. If you can keep hitting headshots, the damage output for that thing is pretty nuts. The catalyst quest is also absolutely nuts, given it shores up the gun's 2 biggest weaknesses: small mag and long reload time. The catalyst gives you 2 extra rounds in the mag, as well as the auto-reloading holster perk, so you can empty a mag, swap to heavy (say, Taipan), empty a mag, then swap right back to Eriana's and empty another mag. The length of DPS you can do before ever having to manually reload is absolutely nuts with this setup.

For anyone who is looking to buy the legacy legendaries you can get ascendant shards from season passes and resesting vendors are both great ways to get em.

As a long-time solo player, I love loading up Trinity Ghoul, Krait and a tracking module rocket launcher. Clears ads with TG, if anything gets too close, I can drop it with Krait, and then hit the big boys from a distance after knocking off their shields.
