  • It’s no wonder humans like dogs so much, watching them greet each other with that much energy is ADORABLE!!
  • I didn’t realize how much I’d like this episode I usually like watching lions but these wild dogs act like they actually have feelings for each other.

The most successful hunters in Africa. Very social as well. They take care of the young and old.

How adorable is the puppies introduction to the pack?!? The adults all act so excited & engaged with their big floofy tails wagging. I love em even more!
  • Dogs are packed animals. So the notion that each dog haunt for themselves, cannot be further from the truth. As a pack, they are formidable hunters.

“Each dog hunts for itself”? Not true. These dogs have a highly coordinated hunting pattern
  • I love their teamwork and their loyalty together. Noble animals fr

They're not just a pack of wild dogs, they're family. Their bond and affection is strong. I love these dogs
  • I just love wild dogs! I think they're absolutely adorable and amazing animals. The puppies meeting the whole pack was like the cutest thing I've ever seen. You can see how excited they all are lol.
  • Like wolves they take great care of each other...bring food back for injured, suck or elderly animals. Grieve when they lose a member...I love watching them. Actually I love watching anything in animals that is well done.
  • @33:33 My heart is so broken 😭😭😭 they cry out when they see their brother being eaten and feeling helpless these dogs are so fascinating and human l

Animal documentaries have always interested me. This is one of the few wild dog documents I've actually seen. Very well done and interesting! Keep up the good work!

I admire the wild dogs. For a start they don’t hunt for themselves !?? They are clever, strategic hunters, who work together. They bring back food for their puppies and even the sick or the old in their pack. When they’re moving from dens, they keep their pups together and look out for any laggers so they don’t get left behind. They are fast with plenty of stamina and they are a strength in their numbers.

Thank you for the documentary! I found the huge collar camera distracting, with pretty much useless footage. Felt sorry for the dog, lugging that thing around....!
  • I love African wild dogs and this documentary! I felt bad for the dog lugging around the heavy camera, which didn't show or do anything. And they hunt together

I hope that tracking device and camera helped the filmmakers because it did nothing for us, except maybe induce a bit of motion sickness. The dogs are interesting. I don’t anthropomorphize so observation of technique and strategy is fascinating.
