    I would say black tip shark is better than 75% of commercially available fish. It's a very nice firm white meat that you can cook anyway you want fried nuggets, blackened, grilled, All come out amazing.

  • I used to live in California I caught gray nurses and leopard sharks and both of them are really good eating
  • I use to black tip fish in Myrtle Beach when I lived there around 15 years ago! I love them barbequed ! I usually harvest the mid sized ones, around 50 LB or so.
