    - Self-doubt is a mental conversation in which your mind questions your ability to find a desired solution to a perceived problem 1. Share your self-doubt with the people you trust 2. Self-doubt is a call to love yourself 3. Love yourself regardless of your achievements 4. Forgive yourself for your past failures

"Let go of blaming yourself, give yourself permission to express a new level of confidence, passion, and commitment".💕
  • "Love yourself regardless of your achievement." We all needed to hear that! 👍

"surround yourself with people who build you up" I think that was one of the best advices I'd ever received. Alternatively sadly, if you can't find those people, it's better to be alone than in the company of those who was to take a jab at you whenever possible because they have issues with themselves.

“Acting the way you did at the time is proof you could not have acted any differently” really hit home. I think a lot about coulda woulda shoulda scenarios and feel bad about them, but everyone, including myself, is just doing their best with the info and experiences they have to pull from at any given time.

Forgiveness of ourselves and others—for both things we did and didn't do—is one of the key gateways that leads to personal freedom.

I had an interview at my dream job abroad, 30 minutes before the phone call started I began doubting myself: "What am I doing here interviewing for this job? I don't even have the skills to work there!" and with this mindset I went to the interview, already thinking very low of myself and it showed and affected my whole performance. I didn't get the job and regret it to date! Great talk, thank you! :)
  • Stop doubting yourself and go after what you really, really want. The nex time self-doubt comes, dont fight it. Embrace it as a friend to remind you to fill your self-love tank. Not knowing how to deal with your self-doubts --- delay your dreams.

I found him incredible, and he gave us a lot of proof that self-doubt is a good way, and if we understand how we can controll it ,we win the war
  • Great conversation. I have suffered from self-doubt for years, but with high aspirations. I had to get out of cult and leave all my family. I had did it and it was the best decision ever made. I did travel around the world and studies college, lived in a few countries, but leaving my family was my big crutch. I also suffered from depression before that. Today, I miss my family, but I don’t have this huge depressions anymore. I have a great husband and son.
