Black Sesame Dessert Ball RECIPE

Big black sesame flavour, salty, nutty and sweetness on top. Black sesame is one of my favourite ingredients because of it's balance to sweet foods- it makes for an unpredictable, unique and delicious dessert.
Black sesame provides essential minerals like calcium, Magnesium, phosphorus, calcium , copper, iron and zinc which plays a huge roll in bone density!
I promise you these are my favourite energy balls of all time- all you need is a food processor and a handful of ingredients- let me know if you try them!! Enjoy and sending so much love♡

Black Sesame Energy Balls

Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup black sesame seeds, ground***
1 tbsp tahini
pinch of salt
1 cup of dates

a mixture of white and black sesame seeds to roll balls in

Directions
* In a food processor, add all ingredients (except rolling seed ingredients) and blend until incorporated well and will stick together
* Roll into evenly sized balls, and then roll into the mixture of black and white sesame seeds
* Store in fridge and enjoy when you feel, lasts about 2 weeks in the fridge, months in freezer
***in a high speed blender, blend black sesame seeds into a flour and set aside, store remaining in the freezer and add to smoothies!
