I was under the understanding that the Russian controlled the plant and stored amunition there, so I don't understand why the Russians would atack something that they already control. The ukrainians, should give a large perimeter out of the range of the shells and surround it. In my opinion, but I am not there and i don't know exactly what is going on there or how it is. They Attacked.... where they are shelling from? Are they holding the plant as cover to attack from or are they attacking the plant? It can't reasonably be both.

The title is wrong. It is Ukraine that is attacking the plant, which Russia occupies. The reporter stated that Zelensky said their military will target those in and around the plant.
