It has been called the largest IT outage in history. A faulty software update taking down businesses, transportation and emergency services Friday not only in Boston, but also all around the globe.

If EPIC is affected, this is affecting most if not all medical centers. And, 8:05 - do not take our your frustrations on the staff of these places... they didn't do this.

I don't understand why so many companies installed that 'CrowdStrike'? I even never heard of that name until this incident. It's weird so many companies in different countries installed that 'CrowdStrike' anti-virus program, and they update simultaneously.
