I'm a high school small engine teacher. I bought a Crossfire for personal use and ended up bringing it in to my class to help with building student projects. I also run 3D printers, laser engravers, CNC lathes and mills. What machine and projects I'm working on varies from day to day so it can be hard to remember how setup each machine file every single time. When I want to cut on the Crossfire this is my go-to video. Thank you for making this video it saves me time and stress.
  • Well done and so clear -- THANKS so much! Best short video I have EVER seen relating to link between Fusion360 and actual cutting in real life. Subscribed!
  • The best and simplest step by step of tool path I've seen. Extremely helpful for me. Love the pace that you go at. Not too fast

  • This! This is the video I’ve been looking for! An actual step by step, how to, from idea to a cut piece of metal held in your hand. So many good videos out there, none as complete as yours, I finally cut my first piece, thank you, seriously, thank you!
  • Kyle, loved the video, thanks for sharing! Really great useful information, straight to the point and complete from start to finish. Nice job!

went through the video while doing the same steps on fusion 360. Was very useful. Good to see it end to end.
  • Great video. I loved it. I miss using a cnc machine at work, but I don't do it for fun now. I'm gonna look into doing it now!
  • I’m driving down to Conroe tomorrow and picking up my Crossfire XR. This video was exactly what I needed, thanks. 👍 and subbed

Here's a tip: you can actually set your Z axis to be the vertical axis. Click your user > Preferences > General > Default Modeling Orientation This is useful if you want to keep the model in the correct orientation. I use this for 3D printing all the time
  • @The_BUNNICULA
Thank you so much this is really informative and straight to the point

this is why you are winning.. all hailing the algorithm helps but just putting all or most of the knowledge simply into one example.
