But these did not deter the group from continuously making an impact, with Mustaine leading the way for Megadeth to establish themselves as one of the most prolific thrash bands.

I'm glad Dave is still going! He's a legend.

I love that Dave comes out victorious with whatever life ( satan) throws at him.. Drugs, injuries, cancer, bad band relationships.... the man rises above it all... I believe his relationship with God has molded him into a much different man.. Love him or hate him, if you disrespect him, you are shortsighted in my opinion.

Sometimes I think, out of frustration, that I would accept that they don't induct Megadeth into the Hall of Fame, but at least Dave. He is a key pillar of the entire metal scene since his days with Metallica. Anyway, Megadeth deserves to be in the hall of fame, let's hope Dave lives to see it.

I got to see Megadeth on the Countdown, Youthanasia and Cryptic Writings tours. All of them were great shows for different reasons. I know the lineups are different now, but I'm glad they're still out there.

I've seen Megadeth countless times throughout their career and they always deliver live. Things are going to happen when you hold everyone in a group to an ultra high standard. This is the story of a man who refused to give up on his dreams. Thanks for all years Dave!
