Scv cymbals deserve some more love

Cymbals never disappoint me with visuals; they get weirder every year
-
The recording and editing may be as impressive the performance itself. Great work!
-
The pianist William Cowie was my instructor last fall season literally right after he won championships in DCI!! He helped my percussion section go to marching band finals for the first time in history- Love you Will! hope your happy. By the way this is manny (marimba player)
-
they make it look so easy. a true display of talent and hard work.
-
Best part is 3:36 when red shirt guy teleports.
-
The bass pick up at 8:25 is gold to my ears.
-
The whole sequence is amazing, but 6:26 ... so sweet marimba technique and matching dense battery part perfectly!
-
I couldn’t appreciate the intricacies of the ballad battery writing until now, and wow it’s fantastic.
-
Great choreography from the cymbals at the 10 minute mark, didn’t go unnoticed
-

These standstill runs are fantastic, I wait for them every year

The songs for all of these songs in order are My body is a cage (introduction) Journey to the Center of the Earth (opener) Metropolis 1927 (movement 3 Apology (battery feature if you want to make it something) My body is a cage (ballad) Club Sound (snare feature this song is more fire than the dci portrail of it) Metropolis 1927 (closer) But sadly I can’t seem to journey to the center of the earth
-
I just need a synth cam if the guy did one and then my life will be complete
-
That was... motivating.
-
That praise the sun action at 8:23 though!

Boyyyy from @07:39 - @08:20 my favorite part of the ballad. The way the bass drum parts actually sing. They don't just sound cool, they sing! If you pay attention that last bass roll right before the tenors come in line up with the backround crescendo coming from the hornline during the solo. Then you add on the tenors to play some cool dynamics then when the snares come in all hell breaks loose with the loud buzz from the whole line and from there, it just gets funky!!! That is why Paul Rennick it THE BEST percussion writer today!!! Bravo and listen to the singing bass parts.
